We are one team in Rohtak, India — not a network of local offices. This page explains exactly how remote engagements run, what works well at a distance, and what genuinely does not, so you can judge the fit before you send a brief.
Why this page exists. Plenty of agency websites list a dozen countries
they “operate in”. Almost none of them have staff there. We would rather tell you the
actual arrangement — remote delivery from India, with an overlap window and a written
process — and let you decide whether that suits the project.

Distance is not the risk in an offshore engagement. Ambiguity is. Each of these exists to remove a specific kind of it.
Written scope before anything is charged
Deliverables, timeline, revision rounds, payment terms and currency, agreed in writing first. Remote engagements fail on assumptions, so we remove them up front.
Visible progress, not status reports
A staging link you can open whenever you like, plus written weekly updates. You never have to ask what state the work is in.
Direct access to your own data
Analytics, Search Console and ad accounts stay in your name with your access, so every number we report can be independently checked.
One point of contact who does the work
No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. You talk to the people building and running the project.
Honest about the limits
We will tell you when something genuinely needs someone on the ground — a local review of regulated copy, native-idiom content, a physical shoot — instead of taking the fee and delivering an approximation.

- Local citation building that requires a verifiable local address, which we will not fabricate.
- Projects needing several hours of same-hour collaboration each day rather than a defined overlap window.

We work Monday to Saturday, roughly 10:00–19:00 IST (UTC+5:30), and set the standing call inside your working hours.
UAE & Gulf
Only 1.5 hours behind IST — effectively a shared working day, with same-day turnaround on almost everything.
UK & Europe
Our afternoon is your morning. A comfortable four-to-five hour overlap, which is more than most projects need.
US & Canada
Our early evening is your morning on the East Coast. We fix a recurring slot and run the rest asynchronously.
Australia & APAC
Our morning is your afternoon — a workable window for a daily or twice-weekly check-in.

The questions we are always asked first
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. ConsumeIT operates from Rohtak, India and works with international clients remotely. Any agency claiming a local office in six countries is usually claiming a mailbox. What we do have is a working process built for remote delivery — written scopes, staging links, recorded calls and asynchronous updates.
India Standard Time is UTC+5:30. That gives a comfortable overlap with the UAE, Europe and the UK — our afternoon is their morning — and a workable early-morning overlap with the US East Coast. For Australia we overlap in our morning. We fix a standing call slot in your working hours rather than yours in ours, and everything else runs asynchronously.
We quote and invoice international clients in a currency agreed at the start, commonly USD, GBP, EUR or AED. Payment terms and the exact mechanism go into the written scope before work begins so there are no surprises on the first invoice.
You get a staging link you can open at any time, written weekly updates, and a standing call. For marketing retainers you have direct access to the analytics, Search Console and ad accounts — so you can verify what we report rather than take it on trust.
Yes for technical SEO, site structure, schema and Core Web Vitals — those are the same everywhere. For content and local search we work from your market's actual search data and, where the copy needs native idiom or regulatory nuance, we will say so and recommend a local reviewer rather than guess.
You do, in every case and in every country. Code, hosting, domain, analytics, Search Console and ad accounts are created under your ownership and remain yours after the engagement ends.
